Here in Northeast Ohio, where we live, it’s been snowing something fierce, and the winds have been blowing at over 40 miles per hour. For a while I watched the birds through the frosted dining room window, struggling to cling to the suet feeder, as the wind attempted to blow them off their perilous perch. And as I sat, I was relieved that I had absolutely no reason whatsoever to venture outside. So, most of the day was spent reading, cooking, writing letters and drinking lots and lots of tea. The perfect way to “celebrate” the first snowfall… and I totally agree with Snoopy and his best buddy Woodstock that – “The weather outside is frightful, but the tea is so delightful!”
If it’s snowing where you live – how did you spent the day?
